Over the past 40 years, I’ve worked across automotive, aerospace, defence, and finance, including building the world’s first high-speed autonomous car and leading global R&D for a FTSE 100 company. I’ve also advised firms like Toyota, Siemens, and HM Treasury on innovation, business models, and disruptive growth strategies — with a strong bias toward practical, bottom-line impact. My work today focuses on equipping agile consultants and transformation leaders with tools to scale their thinking and authority — without burning out.
